Refunds Policy

If it is impossible to attend an event due to health or medical reasons, the organisation only and exclusively undertakes to reimburse the amount of the ticket in favour of the client in those cases in which the client accredits (by providing the relevant documentation, whether medical proof or clinical results) that he/she cannot attend the event due to testing positive for COVID-19 within the ten (10) days prior to the date set for the holding of the event.

Any other reason that makes it impossible to attend an event will not be reimbursed.
