The essence of the Carnival of Cádiz will travel to the centre of Puerto Banús on 23rd July. “Selu’s Chirigota” is a show in which José Luis García Cossío, El Selu, one of the most renowned authors of the Carnival of Cádiz, looks back over his more than thirty years of career with his famous “chirigota”.

The spirit of this show is the integration on the same stage of the most outstanding characters of his work in a perfect combination of music and humour.

In a show where the audience feels part of the action and can enjoy the show from the moment one walks through the doors of the Marbella Arena, we will have a unique opportunity to leave one’s problems aside and have fun with the satire so characteristic of these troupes so well known in Carnival times.
